 Batch File Renaming script (perl) description

Selecting a group of files that match with *.[suffix] and Renaming them into [newprefix]001,2,....[suf fix]. It's a really simple script. However it helps me a lot in managing my Digital Photos as I do not want to install unnecessary heavy-weight applications for these kinds of simple tasks.
