The AutoSentry feature provides information about the number of connections that are current and historical for that IP or domain, the time spent at the site and the services used. The user can very quickly examine the past history of an IP to see the activity detail. This very quickly identifies whether ports are being scanned to find an open back door, or whether a particular IP address is continually on the server.
