Registry Tuner is the program for tweaking Windows (9x, NT, 2000 and so on) by modifying the registry. The program stores information about registry keys, parameters, their types and commenting to them as a tree. Such structure is most friendly and is indiscrete for submission of numerous registry keys by categories. The advantage of the program as against other serving same purpose, is that the experienced user itself can add the new information retrieved by him or digged in Internet, can change already existing one, or can remove at all. The program is completely transparent, i.e. when you change either key or parameter of the registry, you see which key or parameter it is, in what section, and also its value before change and data type.
Program capabilities.
The program allows to:
- View records of keys and value of keys as a tree;
- View whether the selected registry key exist in the current system.
- Change values of registry keys;
- Add to the registry not existing earlier keys;
- Add to the registry not existing earlier key parameters;
- Delete keys from the registry and(or) their parameters;
- Display the data about registry keys and commenting on them as a tree;
- Add new information to data tree;
- Change information in a data tree;
- Save data to file of special format;
- Save data to text file (special format) for manual changing of information (*);
- Load data from file of special format;
- Load data from text file (special format) (*);
- Integrate already loaded data with the data from other file (text or own format) (*);
- Remove data from data tree;
- Search for an information in data tree by known registry subkey parameter.
- Search for an information in data tree by known registry subkey.
- Search for up an information in data tree by known its name.
- Prohibit program execution by password.
