mIRC is an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) program for Windows. mIRC is highly configurable, perfectly stable and has lots of goodies hidden 'in there'. It also offers multi-server suport, full color control, DCC File Send and Get capabilities, aliases, a remote commands and events handler, scripting, place sensitive programmable popup menu's, World Wide Web and sound support, and... a lot more.

mIRC v6.12 has been released to address a remote vulnerability found October 12th, capable of crashing your mIRC. The vulnerability affects versions of mIRC from v6.0 onwards, so it is highly recommended that you upgrade to mIRC v6.12. This version is merely a bugfix version. Although no new features have been added it is very important that you upgrade as soon as possible.
