IntraSeek is a web application, and can be reached by each employee of a company via web browser. All documents are indexed centrally and just once. Nevertheless IntraSeek offers a personalized search result for each user.

It takes only one query to search for example personal emails and shared files and documents of the intranet. This way different file formats as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are recognized as well as PDF-files and pictures. ZIP-archives are being unpacked automatically during indexing and it?s content is considered too. The search results from documents, emails, contacts, appointments and much are displayed with high speed.

IntraSeek can even be used at home or from abroad. A mobile access is possible from all over the world. It just requires a web browser. Files can be checked or downloaded from any place and at any time. Individual user rights are considered in this case as well, of course.

Related content and different criteria of your search result can be displayed with one click, thanks to the innovative Smart Tag Search. Once you have found for example the desired document of Mr. Brown you just have to click on ?rown?in your list and all files corresponding with the author ?rown?are being shown.

IntraSeek is a Cutting-Edge-technology based 100% on Microsoft .NET. It runs ideally with Microsoft products as Windows Server system, Exchange Server or SharePoint Portal Server.

IntraSeek has to be installed just once and web based for all employees of a company. The configuration can be managed smoothly and fast with comfortable assistants and clearly arranged input masks.

The current version is available in English language only. Further languages are planned however.
