CryptSplit allows you to split large file into some smaller files. This is useful for backing up large data or sending via email. CryptSplit also provide password protected to unite files back and to encrypt splitted files.

You don't need this software to unite files back because CryptSplit create self uniting program that will do that. The program will add only about 15 KB to original file, of course with password protected ability.
