APE to MP3 ActiveX 1.0 is an OCX control for software developers that can convert APE files to MP3, or MP3 to OGG files, with the popular PCM WAV format supported. This ActiveX control supports MP3 bitrate, VBR and Quality, and APE format level (fast, normal, high, extra high?), WAV bitrate, sample rate, channels. This ActiveX allows you to copy or to set the ID3 tags from the source file to the destination file. APE to MP3 ActiveX 1.0 supports many events, with error handling, runs fast, and easy to use. Including Visual Basic and NET samples with source code.
