Automatic inventory. Vidamic Netlog is a smart inventory program that automatically generates a completed inventory card for each computer/client. Upon initial log-in, users are requested to provide the system with the following information: Your Name, Room or department, Computer Brand, ID-Number. A splash-screen with warning text is displayed each time someone logs on to the network. This prevents internal hacking and increases levels of security throughout the company. Easy reports Vidamic Netlog makes it easy to generate detailed reports including Software Legitimacy and Total Cost of Ownership, free hard disk space, CD-ROM drive yes/no, RAM size, operating systems. All information is collected in a Access database for easy integration with pre-existing software.
