SoftRunes is a simple yet elegant Runes interpretation program. SoftRunes is different from other electronic Runes programs in that it records and presents the spreads, but it offers no overall interpretation. SoftRunes offers teaching tools that encourage you to develop intuition.

SoftRunes' interface is simplistic and visually appealing. The interface presents virtual Rune stones from which you pick your stones from a scattered pile. The Runes can be pulled up at will, each with its brief description of the traditional interpretation and symbolism. There is a built-in editor to store a record of your insights. You can also save the resulting spread to a file for future reference. The editor permits only a brief notation.
