Powerball Manager is a powerful Powerball Lottery management tool designed to be used in conjunction with either MySQL database or a built-in file database to keep a historical record of powerball drawings, and played number combinations. Powerball Manager offers powerful search features that allow the used to search for previous winning number combinations by date, by number, or by date and number In addition to the powerful search features this application provides, Powerball Manager also utilizes the historical drawing data to analyze the previous drawing history to calculate a probability factor for each number. Numbers are then sorted, based on their probability factor, into categories of hot and cold numbers. Hot number, theoretically, are those numbers that are likely to be picked. Cold numbers are those that are not likely to be picked. The idea behind the analysis is to provide the user with better odds when determining which numbers to play. This program was not designed with the promise of picking the actual winning numbers. It was designed to make the powerball gaming experience more enjoyable and fun.
