MyOddIcon lets you work with all the major, image formats, including BMP, DIB, ICO, CUR, GIF, JPG, ANI, animated GIF, PNG, TIF, and more. You can add text, bubbles, sharpen, blur, cut, crop, negatives, and jitter and do much more. Create animations, presentations, and animated cursors.
