When you click on Gag's .exe file a realistic-looking Explorer error message pops up and says: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists contact the program vendor." Pressing the 'Cancel' button does nothing, but clicking the 'Details' button opens a dialog box that tells the victim they've been tricked.
