Deskbolt is a highly customizable desktop locking program. With it you can deny access to your computer with a password, or limit access to certain users. You can customize nearly every aspect of it's appearence, and you can also choose to display a clock, the current username, or your own custom text onscreen. There is also a hotkey which you can turn on or off that will allow the user to shutdown, restart, or log off the computer.
