ConnTroll is the easy way to block access to the Internet for some users of a computer - useful for parents who don't want their children to spend all their time in front of the computer. Makes it possible to allow some users to connect during certain hours of the day, while others are blocked out. It is also possible to limit access by setting a maximum limit on the time spent online every day, week or month on a per-user basis.
