How long have you been at the PC ?
Problems such as Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) are quite common in those using a PC for prolonged periods.
BreakTime allows users to use the PC in bursts. A set of preset breaks are already present and BreakTime can analyse keyboard and mouse movements and adjust your breaks accordingly.
